FLEXIBLE WORKING

We recognise that the world of work is changing in terms of how, when and where teams collaborate to interact, innovate and complete tasks. We have responded to the change with our Flexible Working program, allowing our employees to choose their working hours and location with up to 2 days working from home in agreement with their teams, supervisors and where appropriate to their work activity.

This program provides a framework to balance flexibility and team cohesion, collaboration and innovation, office resources and home-working to support team members in their work and personal lives.

FERTILITY BENEFIT
As a pioneer and global market leader in fertility and a family-oriented business, we recognize the challenges that can arise when undergoing a fertility journey. More than five million babies have been born with the help of our products. This number represents about half of all babies born through medically assisted reproduction since the birth of the first baby conceived through in vitro fertilization in 1978. We aim to ensure this opportunity is also afforded to our employees who share the dream of becoming a parent. Our Fertility Benefit offers Merck employees financial services for fertility treatments.
